As part of High Point University’s Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP), one of the messages the school promotes is the idea of growth mindset meaning that you can grow your intelligence. As the QEP Production assistant, one of my tasks is to develop a weekly, motivational slide that promotes a growth mindset idea to students, faculty, and staff at HPU.
